1. Information we collect

When you use the contact form, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, service interests and the information you include in your message. When you use the website assistant, we process the messages you send and a limited amount of recent conversation context to generate a response.

Our hosting provider may also process standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages and timestamps for delivery, security and diagnostic purposes.

2. How we use information

We may use the information we collect to:

• Respond to questions and project enquiries.
• Generate responses through the website assistant.
• Prepare proposals or discuss requested services.
• Operate, secure and improve this website.

We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers that help us host the website, receive form submissions, deliver email or maintain business systems. They are permitted to use the information only to provide those services or meet legal obligations.

4. Contact forms, email and website assistant

The initial website uses Netlify Forms to receive enquiries. Form submissions may be stored in the Netlify dashboard and forwarded through configured notifications. Email messages are handled by the relevant email providers.

The website assistant sends your message and limited recent conversation context through a Netlify Function to Groq Cloud to generate a response. CrescoStack does not use the assistant to make automated decisions about people. Automated responses may be incomplete or inaccurate and should not be treated as a formal quotation or commitment.

Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, health information, confidential business records or other highly sensitive information through the contact form or website assistant.

5. Retention

We retain enquiry information only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a potential or active business relationship, maintain records, resolve disputes and meet legal requirements. Chat history is kept in the current browser session for the conversation and is not intentionally saved by the website after the page is reloaded. Hosting and AI service providers may process technical data and messages according to their service terms and retention practices.

6. Security and international processing

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Some service providers may process information in other countries. Where required, appropriate contractual or legal safeguards should be used for such transfers.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of personal information, or to object to certain uses. You may contact us to make a request. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

8. Children’s privacy

This website is intended for business enquiries and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website.
